TIP SHARE: All server positions tip-share. This actually allows our servers to make more per hour and work together, rather than competing against each other. We do not pay out cash at the end of the day. We pay weekly via direct deposit.
RAISES: Raises are offered after 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
BONUSES: $50 per month is awarded to employees for every consecutive month worked. This bonus is paid out at the end-of-year (December).
